Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
• Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items not caused by our error
• Products with missing parts or packaging
• Items returned after the 14-day return window

Return Process

Do not send your item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.

We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

Warranty

We offer a 30-day limited warranty on electronic products covering manufacturing defects only. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
